Round Bread Rolls Filled with Anko - Made in a Bread Machine

   Place the bread dough ingredients into the bread machine and turn on the bread dough course!

   Lightly dust the counter with flour, take out the dough from the bread machine, and release the gas.

   Separate into 12 pieces and form balls.

   Place a wrung-out damp kitchen towel on top for about 20 minutes.

   Spread the balls flat and place about 15 g of anko in the center of each.

   Roll them back into balls and spray lightly with water.

   Place in an oven preheated to 40Cfor 40 minutes for the second rising.

   Coat the surfaces with beaten egg for glazing, sprinkle on some sesame seeds, and bake at 180C for 15 minutes.

    Wrapping up the anko takes some practice, but anko wrapped in moist bread is so delicious.

    I thought that anko-filled bread usually has black sesame seeds, but last time the white ones went really well with the bread, so I used more this time.
