2 tsp olive oil
2.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
3/4 tsp salt
3/8 tsp pepper
1.5 cup green onion chopped finely
1 cup dry white wine
1 Tbsp minced fresh rosemary
1 1/2 c chicken broth
1/3 c whipping cream or 2/3 cup half & half

Heat olive oil over medium-high in a large, non-stick skillet

Add chicken and cook 3-5 minutes on each side until nicely browned

Toss in onions, wine, and rosemary and cook for 1 minute

Stir in broth and cook for 2 minutes or until chicken is done (may take longer for thick breasts)

Add cream, stir, remove from heat and serve over the pasta adding a couple of spoons of extra sauce over each serving.
