Roquefort Balls With Raisins And Hazelnuts

   In a frying pan, roast the hazelnut powder for 3 to 4 minutes. Be careful, the powder burns very quickly.

   Let cool.

   Crush the Roquefort with a fork.

   Coat the raisins with Roquefort by gently pressing the cheese until it sticks to raisins.

   Roll the balls in the hazelnut powder, put a skewer in the center.

   Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

   I use Papillon Revelation Roquefort because I find it creamier and softer, and it's a perfect match for this recipe.
