Roly-Poly Sweet Potatoes

   Soften the sweet potato in the microwave.

   Mash them while they're hot!

   Then add the honey and milk while observing the texture carefully.

   Add the cocoa to a somewhat large, shallow plate.

   Create bite-sized balls from the mashed sweet potatoes, and add to the cocoa plate.

   Once you've added all the balls roll them around to cover in cocoa.
