Ingredients: 2 lb. ground beef; 1/2 c. chopped onion; 1 envelope taco seasoning mix; 1/2 c. water; 1 can refried beans; 12 flour tortillas; 1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce; 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce; 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese; 4 c. shredded lettuce; 1 large tomato, chopped; 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef in skillet; drain.

Add onions, seasoning mix, water and refried beans; mix well.

Simmer for 5 minutes. Spoon onto tortillas; roll to enclose filling.

Place seam side down in greased 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.

Mix taco sauce and tomato sauce in bowl.

Spoon over tortillas.

Sprinkle with 2 cups cheese.

Bake until cheese has melted.
