In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla. Add to the dry ingredients, and mix it again. Add remaining 1/2 cup flour and knead the dough until it is smooth and doesn't stick to your hands.

Divide dough into 6 even pieces and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

When the dough is ready, take one ball and roll it to about 2-3 mm thick. Using a pizza cutter, cut it into 12 equal pieces. Put a little bit of jam on the wider edges of each triangle and roll it in.

Preheat oven to 350u00b0F and bake for 15-20 minutes, until they have a beautiful gold color. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
