Robin's Banana Nut Cookies

   Using a fork, smash all bananas in a until smooth.

   In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix together.

   Add the smashed bananas to the dry ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.

   Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture into your hand and form into cookie shape or drop the mixture onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.

   Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.

   Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
