1 tbsp Herb salt
5 grams Fresh rosemary
100 ml White wine
1 clove Grated garlic
1 Bay leaf
1 tsp Rock salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper

200 ml Water
3 Potatoes
2 Carrots
3 Celery
100 grams Frozen green beans
200 ml Water
1 Consomme cube
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Sugar

Put the ingredients into a bag big enough to accommodate a whole chicken and mix well.

Put a whole chicken into the bag and remove the excess air.

Tie with a elastic band tightly.
