1
Start by getting a sheet of aluminum foil out.
-
2
Place the garlic cloves on top.
-
3
Drizzle with the olive oil and place in a 350 degrees F oven for about 30 minutes.
-
4
Remove it from the oven and let it cool.
-
5
Meanwhile, add the remaining ingredients (except the wings) into a small mixing bowl.
-
6
Once the garlic has cooled, remove the peel and mash the garlic cloves in a small bowl.
-
7
Then mix that into the rest of the sauce.
-
8
Cover the bowl with a sheet of plastic wrap.
-
9
Set this sauce in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to let the flavors marry.
-
10
You can deep fry or bake your wings.
-
11
I like to bake mine.
-
12
Preheat your oven to 400 F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
13
Use two baking sheets if you have to.
-
14
Place the chicken onto the baking sheet in a single layer.
-
15
Move baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
-
16
Turn once at around the 60 minute mark.
-
17
After 1 1/2 hours, turn off the oven, and let them sit in there for another 15 minutes.
-
18
Once you are ready to eat and the wings are fully cooked, add them to a large mixing bowl.
-
19
Add in as much or as little sauce as you like and toss to coat.
-
20
Give them a nice toss and dig in.
-
21
The result is awesome.

Perfectly crisp chicken wings with the roasted garlic and Parmesan sauce just confirmed that I no longer need to visit Buffalo Wild Wings.
-
23
Plus I make better nachos to boot!

Hope you enjoy!
