Roasted Chicken With Guajillo Chiles

   Place the chiles into a baking dish, opened up so that they are flat.

   Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the chicken and layer onto the chiles.

   Mix the onion, garlic, water, oil, salt, black pepper, and bouillon powder in the blender and pour over the chicken.

   Bake for 30 minutes at 200 Celsius until the chicken becomes golden brown.
