Roast Turkey Breast With Cranberry And Port Glaze

   Preheat the oven to 350u00b0F. Place turkey on a rack in a large roasting pan. Cover with foil and roast for 1 1/2 hours.

   Meanwhile, combine cranberry sauce, port, sugar, and orange peek and juice in a medium bowl. Brush half over turkey. Return to oven and roast, uncovered, for 30 mins or until turkey is cooked through. Remove from oven. Let stand, loosely covered with foil, for 15 mins.

   Bring remaining sauce to a boil in a small saucepan. Reduce heat to low; simmer for 3 mins.

   Slice turkey and drizzle with sauce. Garnish with rosemary and serve with vegetables.
