Roast Turkey

   Clean inside and outside of turkey.

   Drain bird.

   Inside the cavity place bouillon cubes, onion, celery and carrots.

   After the bird is cooked these can be discarded.

   On the outside of bird sprinkle seasoned salt or lemon and pepper, paprika or melted butter.

   Or you can lay on a couple of slices of smoked bacon. Add 2 cups water to pan.

   Roast at 350u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes per pound.

   Roast at 325u00b0 for a larger bird and also a bit longer.
