1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, cleaned and diced
1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1 1/2 c. beef stock, heated
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. cold water
juice of 1 lemon
salt and pepper
