Roast Chicken Poupon

   Heat oven to 375F .

   Mix mustard, butter and seasoning; reserve 2 Tbsp.

   for gravy.

   Brush chicken with half of the remaining mustard mixture; reserve remainder for basting.

   Place chicken on rack in roasting pan; add water to bottom of pan.

   Roast chicken 1-3/4 to 2 hours or until chicken is done (165F), basting every 30 min.

   with remaining mustard mixture and covering with foil after 1 hour.

   Remove chicken to platter; keep warm.

   Pour pan drippings into large measuring cup; remove excess fat.

    Combine reserved mustard mixture and flour in roasting pan.

    Cook on medium heat 1 min., stirring constantly.

    Add pan drippings and broth; bring to boil.

    Cook 2 to 3 min.

    or until thickened, stirring constantly.

    Serve chicken with gravy.
