Roast beef:
4 slices roast beef cooked rare
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
Freshly ground black pepper
1 avocado, sliced in 1/2-inch wide strips
4 Maille(R) cornichons sliced in half lengthwise
Maille(R) Old Style mustard cream:
1/2 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons Maille(R) Old Style Mustard
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
