Roast Beef Dinner

   Rub roast well with salt and pepper.

   Brown on both sides. Place in a covered roaster and cook at 325u00b0 for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours.

   The last hour add the potatoes, onions and carrots.

   More vegetables may be added if cooking for a crowd.

   Green beans are good, too.

   Fix your meat and set the timer on your stove; when you come home from work or shopping, put in vegetables.
