   Roast in oven at high temperature (450u00b0) until brown.

   Add 3 quarts water and the rest of the ingredients.

   Then turn down oven to 300u00b0 and cover roaster.

   May need to add water, if water is gone, during cooking.

   Cook until done.

   Take roast out of pan and cool 1/2 hour prior to slicing.
