Ritzy Hot Cheese Appetizers

   In small bowl, blend equal amounts of mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese to consistency of sour cream.

   Add onion flakes to desired taste.

   Blend well; spread liberally on crackers.

   Place on cookie tin under broiler, until top is golden brown and sizzling.

   Serve at once.

   Mixture can be prepared ahead of time in any amount. Keep refrigerated until preparation time.
