1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (375 if you want to substitute 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts -instead of the tenderloins- I usually pound mine out a bit if I use the full breast- EITHER way works great!)
-
2
Grease a 9 x 13 Pyrex dish, and then set up an assembly line:
-
3
I Pour the Ranch onto a large Plate, and next to that I have a plate of Crushed up Ritz Crackers.
-
4
Last I have the greased Pyrex dish ready to go.
-
5
I season my chicken w/ Salt & Pepper (add the OPTIONAL Cayenne if you like a little kick- but its definitely not necessary) I originally made the recipe w/ just Salt & Pepper.
-
6
Next, dip the seasoned chicken into the ranch bath and coat well.
-
7
Then its onto the Ritz cracker bits!
-
8
Make sure you roll it around until its completely covered... you wont regret it!
-
9
Last, line them all up in the greased Pyrex pan.
-
10
If you want to add the Optional Dash of Parmesan Cheese- go ahead and do that now.
-
11
If you dont have it- its also not necessary.
-
12
Youll be shocked at how tasty it is with JUST the ranch dressing/Ritz mixture.
-
13
Pop the pan in the oven and bake for 35-45 minutes (if you used the tenderloins- they obviously fall on the shorter end of the cooking time frame).
-
14
Just test one to make sure its cooked all the way through!
-
15
I serve mine w/ a side salad & sweet potato fries.
-
16
Use whatever floats your boat!
-
17
ENJOY!
