Ingredients: 1 12 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin; flour; salt and pepper; 8 tablespoons olive oil; 5 garlic cloves, crushed; 1 cup white wine; 1 cup water; 1 teaspoon chicken base; 6 tablespoons capers; 4 tablespoons lemon juice; 6 tablespoons butter

1 cup white wine
1 cup water
1 teaspoon chicken base
6 tablespoons capers
4 tablespoons lemon juice
6 tablespoons butter

Dust chicken with flour.

Saute chicken in oil until lightly browned (2-3 minutes).

Remove chicken from pan.
