Preheat the oven to 170C.

Butter and flour a round springform pan.

Place the flour in the mixer bowl with the cornflour, sugar, butter, egg, baking powder and a pinch of salt, and mix for 30 seconds at medium-high speed.

Knead in the mixer for 40 seconds.

Remove the dough from the bowl and knead briefly by hand.

Divide the dough into 2 parts, line the pan with one of the two parts of dough.

Prepare the filling in a bowl, put the ricotta cheese through a sieve and cream it with the sugar and the egg.

Add the sweet wine and the chocolate chips.

Place the filling on the dough in the pan, leaving a small space around the border and crumble the remaining dough on top and around the border.

Bake for approximately 40 to 45 minutes (the pie should be lightly golden).

Cool completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
