Peel and chop your garlic.

Peel and dice your onion.

Wash and cut your zuccini into

bite size pieces.

Put your olive oil in heavy gage sauce pan, heat on med high heat, add onion and cook for about 5 mins, add your garlic cook for another few mins add your tomatoes and spices bring to a simmer and add your zuccini, cover and let simmer until zuccini is tender 10 to 15 mins.

Heat cast iron grill pan med high grill chicken in whole pieces about 7 or 8 mins each side, cut into bite size pieces add to sauce mix. Let every thing cook together for about another 10 mins. and serve.
