I use a 8 quart Pot that has a high rise lid, but you can use whatever you have that's big enough. I fry all the meat till all the juices are out of it. Then I drain off all the grease.
2
I hate grease off of hamburger but you don't want that nasty stuff in your diet!
3
Then I put all the seasoning, onions, peppers over the meat and fry them up real good till everything is nice and cooked up. (I turn up the heat in this process!)
4
I lower the heat and add the paste and sauce (not the jarred tomatoes or tomatoes yet) Then I mix that up till it cooked for about 15 minutes or so. (covered)
5
Then I mix in the jarred tomatoes or tomatoes and let them cook covered for about ten minutes.
6
Of course but last, the beans can be added and mixed in and let it simmer covered for about 20 minutes.
