Ingredients: -2/3 milk; -1 cup semisweet chocolate chips; -1/4 cup cold water; -2 tablespoons cornstarch; -1 (14-oz.) can sweeted condensed milk(can use low fat); -3 large eggs, beaten; -1 teaspoon vanilla extract; -3 tablespoons butter or margarine; -1 ready-made graham cracker crumb pie crust; -2 cups Cool Whip(can use low fat)

-Whisk cornstarch mixture, sweeted condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla into chocolate mixture. Bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking constantly. Boil for about 1 minute until mixture thickens and is smooth. (Be careful not to overcook.)

-Remove from heat, and whisk in butter. Pour mixture into graham cracker crumb crust. Cover and chill for at least 8 hours.

-Just before serving set Cool Whip out to soften. Spread Cool Whip over top of chilled pie evenly.
