Ingredients: 1/2 c. brown sugar; 1/2 c. sugar; 1/2 c. butter; 1 egg; 1 c. peanut butter; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1/2 tsp. soda; 1 1/2 c. flour; 1/2 tsp. vanilla; 1 c. carob chips

Preheat oven to 375u00b0.

Mix brown sugar and sugar.

Beat butter, then add sugar gradually, until creamy.

Beat in egg, peanut butter, salt and soda.

Carefully measure flour.

Add to batter, then add vanilla and carob chips.

Roll dough in small balls.

Put on greased tin.
