Rice in the Oven

   Preheat oven to 350*.

   Brown ground beef in sautee pan until fully cooked.

   Add chopped garlic and onion and cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently.

   Mix together rice, ground beef with onion and garlic, and tomato sauce into a casserole dish.

   Add salt and pepper to taste.

   Smooth over top of mixture with a spoon until even.

   Pour beaten eggs over top of the mixture and garnish with parsley.

   Bake at 350* for about 45 minutes or until egg is cooked.

   Serve warm.
