Reuben Casserole(Good For St. Patrick'S Day Or New Year'S Party)

   Butter a casserole dish, then place corned beef (regular or low-fat) in bottom of dish.

   Add sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, Thousand Island dressing, cubes of rye bread and butter or margarine.

   Place sauerkraut on top of beef; spread with Thousand Island dressing. Soak rye bread cubes in butter and sprinkle over top.

   Bake in oven at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes.

   Serve with a salad.
