Reuben Casserole

   Prefhfead oven to 350 degrees.

   Spray a 9 by 13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

   In a medium bowl, combine the dressing and sour cream and mix until well blended.

   Set aside.

   Completely cover the bottom of backing dish with bred slices.

   Layer half of the pastrami over the bread, then half or sauerkraut over the pastrami, followed by half of the sour cream mixture and half of the cheese.

   repeat layers.

   Cover the dish with non-stick foil and bake for 1 hour.

   Remove the foil and bake for another.

    30 minutes , until casserole is hot and bubbly and the layers are heated through.

    The bread and meat are difficult to cut with spoon or spatula, so use a pizza cutter to serve.
