   Let milk come to a boil and put in sugar, butter and salt. Stir in 1/2 cup meal and the well beaten egg yolks.

   Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.

   Pour in buttered baking dish or pan and cook at 375u00b0 for 1 hour.
