Refried Beans

   Soak overnight, then drain.

   Add enough water to cover beans and cook until tender.

   Salt to taste.

   In large frying pan, heat bacon grease, then brown small amount of onion.

   Add half of your beans.

   Put in bowl.

   Then repeat with your bacon grease and onion and the rest of your beans.
