Reese'S Squares

   Mix together first 4 ingredients.

   You may have to add a small amount of milk if mixture is too stiff.

   Press onto cookie sheet. Melt chocolate chips and margarine.

   Pour over crust.

   When cool, cut into squares.

   Do not refrigerate.
