Ingredients: 1 packages Macaroni; 30 ml vegetable oil; 3 Tomatoes, chopped; 1 onion, chopped; 6 clove garlic, chopped; 1 bay leaf; 1 tbsp ground black pepper; 6 pappercorns; 1 Red Chille, dry; 1 1/3 cup Cream; 1 cup grated cheese; 1/3 cup Tomato ketchup; 1 tbsp Chili Flakes

Servings: persons

1 packages Macaroni
30 ml vegetable oil
3 Tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
6 clove garlic, chopped
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp ground black pepper
6 pappercorns
1 Red Chille, dry
1 1/3 cup Cream
1 cup grated cheese
1/3 cup Tomato ketchup
1 tbsp Chili Flakes

Cook Macaroni or any other pasta as per instructions

Make a fine puree of tomatoes & onions in the Mixer

Heat oil in a sauce pan.

Add bay leaf and pappercorns, leave it for half a minute

Add Chopped garlic l, saute for a while.

Then add the tomato puree.

Add Salt.

Cook until it gets thicker.

Discard the bay leaf & peppercorns

Add Tomato Ketchup.

Stir.

Then add cream.

Add Macaroni.

Seasoning with oregano & black papper.
