1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk

2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard

4 (4- to 6-ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts

Heat oven to 400F.

Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with no-stick cooking spray.

Combine rice, water, milk, soup and vegetables in bowl.

Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish.

Combine butter and mustard in bowl; set aside.

Combine Parmesan cheese, corn flakes and seasoning mix in pie plate; mix well.
