Raisin Puff Cookies

   In saucepan, add raisins and water.

   Cook until water is gone; set aside.

   Beat together the oil and sugar; add beaten eggs, then vanilla.

   Combine flour, sugar, salt, vanilla and raisins. Add to mixture; stir well.

   Mixture will be fairly stiff.

   You may have to work in by hand.

   Form into balls.

   Dip in granulated sugar.

   Place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.

    Bake at 350u00b0 for 15 minutes.
