Rainbow Pasta Salad – a delicious recipe with rotini, sugar, black pepper, mustard, onion, vinegar. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Servings: persons

1 lb. rainbow rotini
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 medium cucumbers, chopped
1/4 c. or more pimento, chopped

Cook rotini in water until tender (about 8 minutes).

Drain and cool in cold water until real cool.

Drain.

Mix all other ingredients together and pour over rotini.

Stir now and then. Refrigerate.

I mix the ingredients while the rotini is cooking and cooling.
