Quinoa Soup With Corn

   In a small soup pot, combine the broth, quinoa, garlic, cayenne, and 1 3/4 cups water.

   Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to medium, and cook 10 minutes.

   Add the corn kernels and cook until hot and tender, about 3 minutes.

   Stir in the cilantro and cook 1 minute.

   Remove from the heat and stir in the lime juice.

   Serve hot or cold.
