Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.

In large bowl or dishpan, combine Crisco, sugar and salt.

Pour the 1 1/2 cups boiling water over Crisco, sugar and salt; stir until Crisco melts and let cool until lukewarm.

Add dissolved yeast and beaten eggs. Add 4 cups flour; stir and add remaining 2 cups flour.

Knead into soft dough; if dough is real sticky, add a little more flour until you have a soft dough, but not stiff.

Form into a large ball; lightly grease the top and let rise at a warm temperature until double in size.

Slightly punch down and make into rolls, not too big, a little larger than a golf ball.

Let rise to double in size.
