Quick Pepperoni Pizza Snacks

   Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

   On a clean surface, use a rolling pin to flatten each biscuit dough into about a 4-inch circle.

   Place on a greased or lined baking sheet.

   Sprinkle each crust with about 2 tablespoons mozzarella, a little oregano and a few pepperoni slices.

   Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crust is fully cooked and lightly browned around the edges.
