Lightly grease a 13x9x2 baking pan.

In a bowl stir together water, yeast, and sugar. Let stand til foamy (about 5 min). In a small bowl stir together flour and table salt and gradually stir in yeast mixture until it forms a soft dough. On a lightly floured work surface with floured hands, knead dough5 min or until smooth and elastic. Shape into a ball. Invert a bowl over the dough and let rest for 10 min.

On a lightly floured work surface roll out dough into a 13x9 rectangle. Transfer to baking pan and press into corners. Let dough rise, covered loosely with plastic wrap, in a warm place for 30 min or until doubled in bulk.

Preheat oven to 400F.

Sprinkle dough with parmesan, rosemary, coarse salt and pepper to taste. With lightly oiled fingertips press indentations into the dough about 1/4 inch deep and 1 inch apart. Bake in the oven for 20 min or until golden. Cool in pan on a rack.
