quick & easy sweet & sour pork chops

   preheat broiler.

   season pork chops with pepper.

   combine honey, chili sauce, and soy sauce in small sauce pan, reserving 2 tablespoons.

   simmer over low heat.

   spray a cookie sheet well with non - stick cooking spray.

   do NOT miss this step.

   place pork chops on cookie sheet and brush with sauce.

   place under broiler for 4 minutes.

   flip pork chops and brush with reserved 2 tablespoons sauce.

    broil 3-5 minutes or until done.

    serve with sauce that has been simmering.
