1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled or chopped

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon dried dill
10 sheets phyllo dough, thawed
butter-flavored cooking spray
