2 cups Whole Wheat Pasta, I Used Fisilli, Or Penne Works Good Too
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, Cut In Half
1 bunch Kale, Roughly Chopped
1/2 pounds Shrimp, Peeled And De-veined
2 whole Chicken Sausage Links (pre Cooked Variety), Sliced
1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
1/4 cups Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

In a large cast iron skillet, add olive oil, onions, and garlic over medium high heat.

Let bloom 2 minutes.

Add in chicken stock, and all the spices.

Let simmer 5 minutes.

Meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions.

Drain and set aside.

Add in tomatoes and let simmer 10 minutes more.

Now add in kale, shrimp, and chicken sausage.

Let simmer 3 minutes until kale is wilted and shrimp is no longer opaque.

Once shrimp is cooked through, taste broth and adjust seasoning if needed.

Add in pasta, give it a good stir, and top with mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs.

Bake 10 minutes until cheesy is melted and browned.
