Quick Chewy Basic Naan in a Bread Maker

   Add all the ingredients in a bread maker, select the pizza dough setting and start.

   When the dough is done, take out from the bread maker and divide into 4 pieces.

   Roll with your hands to make four balls.

   Punch down each ball and flatten out with your hands or a rolling pin.

   (It will puff up when cooked so roll out as thin as you can.)

   Heat a pan with out oil and place the naan in it.

   Cook the naan over low heat until golden brown on both sides (or bake in the oven).

   Once you've cooked them all, you're done.

   Enjoy with curry.
