2 egg yolks
1 1/4 cups half and half

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

Thaw pie crust. Beat eggs, yolks, and half and half. Add seasonings and cheese and whisk to combine. Stir in prosciutto or bacon, and broccoli. Pour into the crust.

Place crust on a lined baking sheet. Cover, and bake until the custard is golden, puffed, and only slightly wiggly in the center - approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Can remove foil for the last few minutes to brown, if needed.
