   Pour the oil into a medium sized pot and add the tomato, onions, and chili pepper. Cook everything until the vegetables begin to soften and the onion becomes transparent.

   Add the string cheese and continue stirring until it is completely melted.

   Once the cheese is melted and the vegetables are completely mixed into the cheese, turn off the stove and serve.
