Puffy Banana Roll

   Preheat oven to 350F.

   Make (or buy) puff pastry dough.

   Roll to 1/8 inch (or take out of freezer).

   Cut into pieces that will wrap around the banana pieces.

   Dip each piece in ice water and wrap around a banana half.

   Place on silpat lined sheet.

   Bake until puffed and golden.

   Serve with a sauce of choice.

   Could be as simple as crushed stawberries with sugar or some lovely rum sauce you like.
