Combine all of the ingredients except the steak in a medium-sized bowl.

Put the steak in the bowl and mix to coat all of the steak slices with the marinade.

Place the bowl into the refrigerator and marinate sliced steak for 1 hour.

After marinating, pat the slices of steak dry using paper towels to remove excess marinade.

Add Sterno cooking fuel to your pu pu grill a few minutes before the meal to heat up the grill.

Put the steak slices on metal skewers.

During the meal, cook steak skewers to your liking and eat immediately (while another skewer is cooking).

You can use any steak and your favorite marinade for this.

I suggest one pu pu grill for every two people (one for each person would be best).

The Sterno fuel will last about 15 minutes.

Be careful when adding Sterno (make sure there is no flame in the grill when adding it).

The pu pu grill gets very hot on the bottom, so we use a round piece of granite under the grill which keeps the heat away from the top of the table.
