Prune And Hazelnut Whole Wheat Cake

   Beat the butter with the raw sugar until light and foamy.

   Add the eggs, one at a time.

   Add the Marsala wine, the whole wheat flour, and the hazelnut flour.

   Add the milk, if necessary and last, the sifted baking powder and mix well.

   Line a 22 centimeter cake pan with wax paper and add the batter.

   Add the prunes, pressing them into the batter.

   Bake at 175C for approximately 50 to 60 minutes.

   Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool completely and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
