Potatoes With Sausages

   Put a pan of salted water to boil. Add the eggs while the water is still cold.

   When the water starts to boil, add the potatoes and the carrots cut into cubes. Let them cook.

   When the potatoes and carrots are cooked, drain into a sieve, and let cool cool slightly. Peel the eggs and break them into pieces. Set aside.

   In the serving bowl, add the olive oil, mayonnaise, and mustard. Mix well. Add the olives, and the sliced sausages, and mix.

   Add the potatoes and carrots, and mix well until the sauce is evenly distributed.

   Place the eggs on top, and serve.
