1/2 c. minced green pepper
1/4 c. butter
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. American cheese, diced

Peel potatoes; add 1 teaspoon salt and enough water to cook until tender.

Drain, cool and cube.

Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
